900sq feet of a spacious open floor plan for any and all makers, creatives, and artists looking for a space to do their own work, or host a workshop and/or event. Space would be great for a business or local club meetings & gatherings. We have beautiful art on the wall that can be moved & changed based on what you want to use the space for, as well as comfortable seating & furniture. We have a bathroom and industrial sink for use, as well as a small refrigerator & microwave.

We have a tattoo shop in our second space next door, so we must maintain the utmost and clean environment to ensure the safety of all our guests. We follow sterile procedures in all tattoo areas according to the Florida State Health Department, and maintain the health procedures necessary for the surrounding common spaces as well.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
