About the Space
This 1400 square foot corner loft is a bright space with 20ft floor to ceiling windows on two walls. East and South facing, lighting is ideal for photo and video shoots as well as events of all kinds. Occupied by two artists and designers, the apartment has various spaces within offering a variety of vintage inspired sets. The upstairs living area overlooks the main room which consists of two additional seating areas and a funky music studio with daybed. The studio is separated by a velvet curtain that can be open or closed. For private events, the Loft can comfortably hold 60-70 guests with a bathroom on each floor. The massive walls are covered with immersive art installations and psychedelic inspired paintings and sculptures. For an additional fee media can be projected onto the walls. The railing contains sound reactive LEDs that track from the bottom on the stairs to the top of the Loft. Additionally, there is a 500 square foot balcony over looking Bay View with visibility of the Bay to the East, Bernal Heights to the West, and beautiful mountains to the South. Combined with dozens of plants, the loft feels like an overgrown gallery from the 70s.

- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

The space is amazing! I booked the space for a birthday party and it was a hit. Loved the visualizations that Alexa put up, and the porch and the views there at night are stunning! Alexa was also extremely patient and accommodating and helpful throughout the booking process. I will probably try to book the space again for my next party!

The layout was perfect for our event and the space is bright and full of character. Alexa is an amazing host and was incredibly communicative and responsive throughout the process. Highly recommend this loft for anyone looking to host an unforgettable event.

I booked this space for a party / concert to celebrate my wedding, and I cannot recommend it enough. Alexa and Sean are incredible hosts. Throughout the whole process of booking and organizing our event, they were super responsive and easy to communicate with. They organized all of the food and drinks for our event (a signature cocktail, a champagne toast, charcuterie, delicious vegan appetizers, etc. etc.)! They also have a great network and were able to find us a sound engineer and videographer on short notice. Alexa and Sean coordinated everything leading up to the event and hosted the night of, ensuring all of our guests had everything they needed and that we stayed on schedule with our planned events. The space is also amazing - we had about 70 guests and there was plenty of room for people to mingle and lounge, and the deck with fire pit is a great spot to enjoy the view. The loft is beautiful and comfortable with very cool art and lighting throughout.
