The perfect space for your production, event or offsite. Quiet, easily accessible but private, this space is located just one block from Humboldt Park in Logan Square / "West Bucktown". Two large skylights flood light into the centrally located space, and ample room lighting for a well lit space. Space enough for 2-3 cyc/camera setups, a group event of 50 seated or 80 standing, the space also feels both wide open and intimate. It is a perfect space for events both day and evening, a meeting offsite to reset or an event to celebrate. The space is fully temperature controlled, includes a full bathroom, Wi-Fi, private main entrance via the alley and has rental package options for any kind of event. A blank canvas that you can truly make your own.

I promise you that you will only here me say “cheese” during your family’s session if your kids just asked me what my favorite food is. Cancellation Policy

Standard 30 day

Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
