You cannot beat the sunset/sunrise views on this water. It feels like Venice, Italy! You can also use this property as a staging site to access the beaches, boardwalk and Newport Island bridge locally for additional photo/film opportunities.

This is my home residence. I have hired cleaners who will come between any and all bookings. Otherwise, I live here daily and do not deep clean my home daily for obvious reasons.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
