HOURLY RATE
The posted price per hour is for a group of 10 people max, including all production crew. Larger productions are welcome, but we need to discuss additional details regarding size and pricing, and we'll accommodate you accordingly.
RESERVATION
A booking fee or a deposit fee is required to reserve your dates.
OVERTIME
All booking start and end times include setup and disassembling time, so please take that into consideration in your total reservation time. Also, please vacate the property by the end of your reservation.
If additional time is required, please contact the host to arrange payment for the extra time, which will be billed in hourly increments. If the property has not been vacated by the end of the booking, additional charges will be incurred accordingly.
FILMING and PHOTO SHOOTS
Please let us know how you will use the property, and we'll work with you to ensure you'll have a successful project! If you are interested in using the space for photo shoots, film/TV, or advertising campaigns, please send us a message to discuss details, pricing, and availability.
PETS and ANIMALS
Pets and animals are NOT allowed in the cabin. Additional charges will be incurred in violation of this policy.
SMOKING and ILLEGAL USE OF DRUGS
Smoking, vaping, and using any illegal substance are NOT permitted anywhere inside and outside the cabin. This will result in immediate eviction, and additional charges will be incurred in violation of this policy.
FIRE HAZARDS
Lighting candles and incense, playing with fireworks and setting up fire pits and campfires are also NOT allowed, as these are all fire hazards.
PARTIES and QUIET HOURS
Parties are NOT allowed. Please be respectful of the guests staying in adjacent cabins in the community by keeping noise levels down and parking only in spots reserved for this cabin. Quiet hours start at 10 pm.
CLEANING
Guests are expected to leave the property in the same condition as they found it. All equipment or rentals brought in should be removed by the end of the booking.
Damages to floors, walls, furniture, etc., will be billed to the credit card on file with the booking platform. A walk-through is required before and after every booking.
DAMAGES
All services and all amenities are checked regularly to be in working order. However, we realize sometimes that things might break down or malfunction. While we cannot refund any money due to issues beyond our control, we will respond quickly to make repairs or provide replacements. Please get in touch with the host to report any problems immediately. Guests will assume full responsibility for any theft or damage of any item. Guests will incur additional charges to cover any replacement costs.
HOT TUB
The hot tub is cleaned and treated before the arrival of each guest. However, the host assumes no responsibility for any injuries sustained from using the hot tub. Therefore, please use the hot tub at your own risk. Please leave the hot tub cover and strap on the hot tub when not in use. Do not sit or stand on top of the hot tub cover. If it breaks, guests will be charged an additional fee of $500.
INDOOR POOL
The pool is serviced weekly by a professional to ensure it stays clean and that chemicals are on the right level. However, the host assumes no responsibility for any injuries sustained from using the pool. Therefore, please use the pool at your own risk. Please follow all the rules posted in the pool room. Please keep the doors and the windows in the pool room closed at all times. The temperature in the room needs to be controlled and regulated. Please do not touch the dehumidifier and AC system in the back of the room. These systems keep the room comfortable. Guests will be charged an additional fee of $300 if any of these systems are tampered with.
BAD WEATHER
We live in the mountains. There can occasionally be power outages or inclement weather (snow, ice, etc). Please be aware that weather and road conditions can be unpredictable from November through April. No refunds will be issued for unfavorable weather, road conditions, or power outages.
Failure to abide by these rules will result in eviction without any refund.
