A historic mid-century warehouse located in the heart of the River District. The studio offers a New York style industrial loft esthetic without leaving Miami. Studio features just over 5,000 square feet of open industrial space including a fixed 30’ x 12’ corner cyc wall. Amenities include, ample communal workspaces as well as a private office and kitchen. The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities. High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected. A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
