Located right outside the city of Atlanta This Space is available for classes, photography, meetings, pop up shop, podcast recording etc. Its a wide open floor plan Bluetooth surround sound available Bluetooth mic available Portable tv 55in (firestick connected) Projector & screen included (please let me know if you would like it set up) 50 white fold chairs included 9 white rectangle tables included 8 white round tables (seats 6-8) Natural light available in the front Kitchenette in the back (refrigerator , prep table & microwave)(no sink or stove) Clear acrylic chair available (upcharge, please add-on at checkout) SETUP & BREAK DOWN IS NOT INCLUDED (please book the necessary amount of time for both) Please remove all of you belonging and food. - Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

I am thoroughly pleased with this venue. The space was very accommodating, clean, and spacious. The baby shower was a success and I would like to thank Mak for allowing me to rent this space. I will definitely be referring friends and family.

I recently rented a facility from Mak M., and I couldn't be more impressed. Not only was the space exactly as described, but it exceeded my expectations in every way. The venue was perfect for my event, and I was blown away by the responsiveness of the team. They were attentive, accommodating, and made the entire process seamless. Thanks to their excellent service, my event was a complete success. I highly recommend this facility to anyone looking for a top-notch venue with an outstanding team!

It's a beautiful space to organize events!! It can accommodate up to 50 people, and the rent price includes chairs, round tables, rectangle tables, a music player, a mike, etc etc. So, worth the price!! Be on time and get out on time! Organizer is very strict with the timing - don't end up overtime paying!

From the beginning, throughout the entire process, I can not rave enough about Mak M. The process was seamless, the communication was ELITE even after the event was over :) I thank you from the bottom of my heart for EVERYTHING you’ve done to make my daughter’s baby shower such a beautiful experience. This was an amazing space and experience. We were looking for a last-minute place to have a baby shower and Mak provided such quick and efficient service also connecting us with an amazing decorator who made this events better than we could’ve ever imagined. I would recommend this place and Mak to anyone looking to have an event in Atlanta!
