Then up the flight of stairs to the expansive 2nd floor space. The space offers wifi, 150in projection screen with projector and 2 zone surround sound speakers, LED color changing lights on the 180 sqft patio with downtown views. Large gourmet kitchen with 15ft island and (1) Bathroom. 1800 sqft Rooftop Lawn with plush artificial turf with amazing downtown skyline views + 500 sqft bonus room which includes a kitchenette & bath is available as an add on. Available for use: (20) white chairs, (5) 6ft rectangular folding tables, (3) 6ft round tables, (4) 30in round bar height tables EVENTS: DINNER PARTIES, ART SHOWS, WEDDINGS, WEDDING RECEPTIONS, REHEARSAL DINNER, WEDDING SHOWER, BABY SHOWER, POPUPS, MIXERS, FASHION SHOW, MUSIC CONCERT, BIRTHDAY PARTY, BAR MITZVAH, QUINCEANERA, CORPORATE PARTY, HOLIDAY CELEBRATIONS, WATCH PARTIES (sports, movies, tv shows) EVENT RENTAL HOURS: 6 HOUR MIN This is a 2nd floor rental space with no elevator. - A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

Great venue to have our baby shower, everything is as described on the listing, space was plenty enough to sit our 60 guests. Judy the host was also such a great person, walked us through everything in and around the property. She was also super easy to communicate with and was just a phone call/text away to help with anything. Overall 10/10 experience, would definitely recommend.

Judy and Teressa were such a huge help. We couldn’t have asked for a better space to have our baby shower. It was absolutely perfect!

We hosted a graduation event for my special needs son in East Houston, and it was perfect. The rented space had every amenity: a vehicle pull-in area for food, extra tables, great sound, and a large audio/video screen. Judy ensured everything went smoothly. Wow, just wow!

Love this space! The loft/industrial vibe was perfect for our event and having a huge island is so beneficial for catering. The room is just spacious enough for a large party, but also gives it an intimate feel. The outdoor, covered patio with views of downtown was an added bonus. Judy was also prompt and response with communication.

The place is beautiful and she responded in a timely manner; however, she charge for everything, instead of renting the building out you have to pay hourly for every floor, and you can’t come in a little early so whatever time you book for is the time you have to come in… In my opinion if she is renting out her building she should rent out the whole building not one floor. It’s not like someone can rent out the bottom floor or roof top while someone else is renting out the main room. She also tried to make me pay $200 because some tape peeled off her paint on the wall, that was the size of a dime. She will try and make you pay for every hr very minute and EVERY FLOOR instead of just renting the building out to you! BE CAREFUL!!!
