About the Space
Spacious and bright daylight photo/video studio with great light and views from windows on 3 sides. White brick walls and hardwood floors give a light airy feel and different texture options. Large private bathroom, changing room/hmu area, full kitchen and lounge area adjacent to the main shoot space. The freight elevator opens directly into the space. Our versatile studio is great for photo shoots, smaller video shoots, as well as a great location or holding space for larger film/tv shoots. Our workroom is available as an additional rental space, please inquire if you're interested in adding it. In addition to our private space with lounge, the building has a large and lovely communal lobby area and outdoor courtyard.

Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
