About the Space
Spacious and bright daylight studio with great light and views from windows on 3 sides. White brick walls and hardwood floors give a light airy feel and different texture options. Large private bathroom, changing room/hmu area, full kitchen and lounge area adjacent to the main shoot space. The freight elevator opens directly into the space. Great for events, exhibits, performance, photo shoots, smaller video shoots, as well as a lovely holding space for larger film/tv shoots. In addition to our private space with lounge, the building has a large and lovely communal lobby area and outdoor courtyard. **PLEASE NOTE RE PRICING** Peerspace clearly displays the MINIMUM rate for the space - but our pricing is tiered based on the size of the event and time of day. From 8am-8pm the hourly rate is: $100/hr for events under 25 people $150/hr for 25 or more people Afterhours rate 8pm -8am is $200/hr for any size event We have a flat cleaning fee of $100 per event Depending on the details of your event and our booking schedule we can sometimes make a deal, please inquire if the tiered pricing is outside your budget.

Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
