There is ample free street parking in the area.

1. Freight elevator is operated by Fertile Ground Staff only, and is for freight use only, not passengers. Guests may not operate the freight or its gates/doors under any circumstances. There is a $500 fine for closing the freight doors from inside the space, as that requires an elevator tech to come reopen it. 2. Half of the refrigerator & freezer are reserved for our clients. Fertile Ground shelves/supplies are marked and not for client use. If items are removed there is a $50 restocking fee. 3. Kitchen glassware, dishes, silverware, etc are not included in event rentals. Please leave the sink clear of trash and dishes. An additional cleaning fee of $50 will be charged if dirty dishes are left in the space. 4. All trash must be taken out to the dumpster in the alley at the end of your booking. An additional cleaning fee of $50 will be charged if trash is left in the space. 5. Treat our raw edge wood tables with care, they are one-of-a-kind hand finished pieces. Please be mindful of putting hot or wet items on them that can cause damage. Use tablecloths, trivets, etc to protect them. Fees will be assessed if they are damaged during your booking. 6. No open flames except small candles in containers 7. No smoking of any kind inside (cigarettes, cannabis, hookah, cigars) There is a side courtyard accessed through the lobby where smoking is permitted. 8. No roof access. The roof belongs to the building not Fertile Ground, accessing it is TRESPASSING and they have security cameras. Any guests found on the roof will be removed and a $500 fine will be assessed to the renter. 9. No animals allowed without prior written agreement (with the exception of service animals) Thank you in advance for being considerate of our space!
