About TEN96STUDIOS
This 1450 SQ FT. natural lighting creative space is located in the Kensington area of Philadelphia, PA. We've been up and running since August of 2022 and it's been an incredible experience thus far with the amount of ideas that have walked through those doors. We have an assortment of props such as stools, chairs, plants, fog machines, a projector and also different color backdrops. The whole space itself can be used for video and or photos . The only things we prohibit is smoking. We do have a snack bar and also within the space we do have a functioning bathroom. No shower.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
A clean up is always a mandatory occurrence. We do have latex gloves in our bathroom, we have hand sanitizer and hand soap as well. Furthermore we carry Lysol disinfected wipes. We usually like to wipe down the door knobs but also any table or chair surface as well. We also sweep the floor once a week and mop the floor as well once every three to four weeks. We definitely want to make sure the environment we're in is as healthy and safe as we can possibly make it dealing with the clean up that's done.
Cancellation Policy
Very Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 24 hours before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Bookings cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
