Located only five miles from the San Marcos River, 5 minutes outside of Mystical Magical downtown Martindale, 15 minutes outside of downtown San Marcos, 20 minutes south of Lockhart, and 45 minutes south of Austin, this location is perfect for photo ops, moviemaking, get-togethers, et al. Location is surrounded by farms with no neighbors in sight. Great for remote location ops without having to drive too far away from society. Easy access to the river in neighboring Martindale or San Marcos. The space is 100% outdoors. There is a warehouse building that is available on an as-needed basis. Parking on-site can accommodate up to 10-15 cars depending on size.

Cancellation Policy

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
