About the Space

A Great space for all your production needs. This apartment offers a uniquely designed cozy bright living room, great for interviews or a family scene. Two light and bright bedrooms can be used for other home scenes like teenagers hanging out, waking up scene etc or simply as dressing rooms. The kitchenette is great for a bachelorette/Bachelor pad cooking scene. Or just a morning scene where actor grabs coffee and a bite before beginning their day. So many options, this apartment offers. Features: - 2 Queen beds. One in each bedroom - Hardwood flooring throughout - Functional kitchenette - Bathroom with classic claw foot tub - Lots of light from windows - 1 full-length mirror in bedroom - Parking space in driveway for one car. - Free street parking For an additional fee, we may be able to handle special requests. Please reach out to us with your requests. NOTE: If you need outdoor backyard space we have a small grassy area that can be utilized for a backyard BBQ scene. This must be requested ahead of time. Location scouts are welcome after booking has been made.

Parking description

You are allowed to park one car in our single lane driveway. We also have FREE street parking on both sides of our street. Please be mindful of the street signs as there is street cleaning twice a week, so on those days only one side of the street is available for parking.

Large windows allow for bright light in the space. Curtains can be drawn to reduce the light during the day.

We are in a very quiet neighborhood so there is minimal noise.

Wide staircase. We have had filming crews move equipment in and out in the past with no issues.

Bedrooms and office can be used for hair, makeup and wardrobe. Kitchen can be used for catering.

General Rules

No filming or photography of pornographic content allowed. No smoking in the building No glitter No illegal drug use, authorities will be engaged if suspected, guests/talent/crew will be vacated immediately without refund. Guests must respect the space and we ask/appreciate that guests tidy up after themselves. Guest must remove any equipment or rentals you bring in, and you should factor this setup and teardown time in your booking hours. Please take great care of our space. No nails, screws, staples or penetrating items should be used on our walls. Any tape or gummed backing materials must be properly removed. Damages (walls, floors, furniture, etc) will be billed to the credit card on file with Peerspace.

Security cameras and recording devices

For your safety and ours we have security cameras outside our building as well as outside the apartment(door/hall entryway). No cameras are placed in inside the apartment which we consider a private area.

Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.

Health and Safety Measures

Cleaned by professional cleaners between each stay. High touch points are wiped down with disinfectant windows and are opened when cleaned to allow fresh air to circulate. . 24 hours left vacant between each stay.

Enhanced cleaning measures:

The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
