Gorgeous Waterfront Cottage with Beach on the Sound | Photo & Film Shoots

Waterfront home + cottage on a historic street in Seattle. Breathtaking 180 deg views of Rainier, the Olympic mountain range and Puget sound with it's stemming wildlife. Features - Open layout units with full windows to enjoy the view - 75 ft private beach with steps to access Puget Sound & walk, paddle or kayak along the Magnolia coast - 250 sqft deck right on the water (cottage unit) Important notes: 1) There are 3 units on the property, 2 of which are usually occupied by tenants. Therefore the booking will only be for 1 of the units. If more are available and you require additional space, the price will increase. Inquire to get more details and pictures of the units. 2) I can only accommodate in advance (~more than 1 month out) for bookings greater than $2000 or yoga/retreat activities. I can accommodate for less when it is within the month. 3) Parking on the street is limited. There is only guaranteed parking for 1 car (max size is sprinter van) but there may be additional street spots for more. If more than 2 cars, best if you can shuttle from Magnolia Blvd where parking is plentiful. Primary activities - Retreats - Photo shoots - Editorials - Dinners Other activities pending review - Filming (must be under the max capacity of people and fit within parking. I am often requested for more than 8 guests which I have to decline)
