About the Space
A private playground nestled on a quintessential Telegraph Hill of San Francisco is a perfect place to celebrate children's birthday, baby shower or any family events. The space secured so the children can not accidentally escape. The playground is a part of a school that is maintained and cleaned regularly There is plenty of space to set up food and drinks of your choice Easy access with plenty of room for adults and kids to roam around. Indoor spaces already have a sound system for your party that you can use. We do not allow amplified music outside for the consideration of our neighbors. Bounce house (NOT as pictured ) is an additional item that can be set up indoor. See add-ons $150 for the duration of your party). Bounce House in the picture is an outdoor bounce house and it is not available. All Peerspace bookings are inclusive meaning that if you required 30 minutes or an hour to add decorations etc, you have to include that as a part of the booking also. Doors open 5-10 minutes before booking time and close at the end of the booking time.

- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

Excellent space and Peter is a great host. We rented this space for my daughter’s 3rd birthday party. It rained a bit but the space worked out really well. Lots of great toys for the kids, clean bathroom, and perfect layout. We had 40+ people and it felt very spacious. Many thanks to Peter for accommodating our group.

this space was perfect for my niece's 1st birthday party! It had everything needed to keep kids entertained and enough space for everyone to move around. Peter was super responsive and helpful leading up to the event. Will definitely consider using this space again for future events.

Peter was very responsive and answered all my concerns when I booked. I hosted my son's 1st birthday party and everyone complimented how great the space was! It's perfect for kids since it's located in the back of a preschool so there is plenty of toys for the kids to be entertained. The weather was warm for SF but the two large umbrellas helped keep everyone out of the sun. I'm sure a lot of my friends will be looking to book this space for their own gatherings!

Peter was the loveliest, most responsive host, and the space was perfect for our bridal shower needs! We fit about 25 people comfortably across 4 tables for a sit-down lunch, as well as a buffet line and an area for presents. It was a very sunny day, so the two large sun umbrellas included with the venue came in very handy! Maybe just bring some extra sand bags to weigh them down if it's a little windy. Would highly recommend this space. Thank you, Peter!

This place is awesome!❤️ Peter was very nice and super responsive. I booked this location for my sons 1st birthday party and the place was super clean and spacious. Weather was super nice and view was so pretty. They have two locations and both are super great! Looking forward to booking my next event here again. Thank you Peter 🙏🏼🙏🏼

This space was PERFECT for my sisters baby shower! We had about 70 people and we still had plenty of room. It's pretty shielded from the wind and gets tons of sun. Peter was an amazing host, super accommodating and fast response time! We could not be happier with this space! Thank you Peter!!!

Beautiful space and an incredibly wonderful host! We hosted our son's 1st birthday party here (with about 80 guests) and it was perfect. We received so many compliments on the location. Our host, Peter, is top-notch. He answered all of our questions before the party and was always quick to respond. We definitely recommend this spot for your next event!
