About the Space
SEABIRD North Beach private playground nestled on a quintessential Telegraph Hill of San Francisco is a perfect place to celebrate children's birthday, baby shower or any family events. The space secured so the children can not accidentally escape. The playground is well maintained and cleaned regularly This booking DOES NOT include the storefront area. It has an indoor area connected to the outdoor area. There is plenty of space to set up food and drinks of your choice Easy access with plenty of room for adults and kids to roam around. The Indoor space already has a sound system for your party that you can use. We do not allow amplified music outside for the consideration of our neighbors. Bounce house (NOT as pictured ) is an additional item that can be set up indoor. See add-ons $150 for the duration of your party). Bounce House in the picture is an outdoor bounce house and it is not available. All Peerspace bookings are inclusive meaning that if you required 30 minutes or an hour to add decorations etc, you have to include that as a part of the booking also. Doors open 5-10 minutes before booking time and close at the end of the booking time.

- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

The event space was perfect for our daughter's first birthday. Big enough to host our 60 guests and more. We had the bounce house outside which was awesome. The indoor setup was great for foods and drinks. All the kids had a blast with all the toys that was available. The music system inside was awesome. Parking easy enough for our guests. Peter was awesome with all our questions before and during the event. Would recommend for anyone to host an event here.

Peter was a great host and really accommodating to our needs. He was responsive and gave a lot of insight on how the place looked and how I can set up things. A lot of my friends thought the space was really cool and very unique. The kids had a great time playing with all the different toys. Definitely would book here again for any future birthday for my son!

Peter was great from the very beginning to the end! Although we had some rain, everyone was able to go in and still had a good time. We celebrated my daughter’s 3rd birthday and having so many toys available to us was amazing and kept all the kids entertained!

If I could give Peter's space more than 5 stars, I absolutely would. From the start, Peter was a superstar – quick to answer all my questions and made the booking process a breeze. I threw my son's second birthday party there, and our friends and family couldn't stop raving about the place. Everyone wanted to know how I found such an awesome spot. Even though I got there a bit late, Peter was totally understanding and had already let the caterer in to start setting up. And the space? It was beyond perfect for a toddler's bash. Peter had everything – and I mean everything – we needed. There were so many toys and games already there that I really didn't need to bring much. We skipped the bouncy castle, and nobody missed it. The space was so well-equipped and spacious that it made for the ideal playground. If you're hunting for a venue, especially for a kid's birthday party, Peter's place should be at the top of your list. It's a total game-changer.
