About the Space
Stunning Views of Manhattan Our space is 24hrs and conveniently located in Garment District, steps away from Penn Station and port Authority. We have 8 individual spaces on 14th & 22nd & 23rd floors and can accommodate multiple room bookings for all different kind of usage. We want to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all guests in our space. As such, we kindly request that open flames and confetti (any use of confetti will result in a $1000 extra charge) are NOT USED during your rental period. This includes candles, sparklers, and any other items that pose a fire hazard or create excessive mess. We are located in a 24hrs Freight Elevators & doorman building, with staff on site. Three 24Hrs Passenger elevator, our space features oversized windows and gorgeous views of The Empire State Building the 4 Oversized Large windows facing South and 4 oversized windows facing west has Stunning views of the city. 12+ foot ceilings throughout, the floor has 1 bathroom and 1 ADA accessible one as well. We are in a commercial building and all common areas are clean and the management makes sure that everyone is informed about the face mask rule in the building. There are signs at the building entrance and in our studio as well.
Cancellation Policy
Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
