About the Space
Located in Seal Beach, our semi-private Club Room offers the ideal space for meetings, team events, and parties. Versatile enough to host groups up to 35 people. INCLUDED IN YOUR BOOKING: - Seating for 25 - Chairs and tables and spacious lounge seating area - Kitchenette equipped with sink, mini refrigerator and microwave - Wi-Fi - Pool table - Shuffleboard table Take a 3D Tour https://my.matterport.com/show/?m=8D78grZAv1D FOOD & BEVERAGE Hosts are allowed to bring in their own food/ drinks. No food services are provided onsite. Guests are responsible for disposing of all trash left in the space. *Please note that this space is inside a residential building. - The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
- Capacity is limited based on governmental guidelines

We rented this space for our baby shower. The space is very large and open; perfect for entertaining. Our host was very helpful and accommodating. Parking is not ideal on the weekends, but all of our guests got really lucky and found parking within one or two blocks of the space. I would definitely book again.

This venue was great for my son's 18th birthday party with family and friends. It was a spacious and cozy atmosphere. The only downside was the shortage of parking. I had to designate my nephew to shuttle family members back and forth. It was especially difficult for elderly family members. Also, it was a bit awkward the residents enter into the party as a pathway to the admin office (even though there is a sign posted).

The perfect space for a 16 person birthday party. The room is well set up, clean, bright and welcoming. A little challenging to figure out and communicate to guests how to get to the room, but once we figured it out it was not a problem. Host was very communicative and responsive. Highly recommend.

Thank you for hosting our team planning. The space was nice, spacious, and clean. Great wifi and fast communication with the host. It was easy and efficient to add extra time. However, some communication could be clear in the listing. It's not clear how to access the space. You get a keyless access code, but you must go through three different doors to access the lounge. This was not too bad once we figured it out. The lounge is located inside an apartment complex. People kept walking through the lounge during our booking, although there were signs that said it was closed for a special event. This included conducting sales and walking through the back of the lounge. This was distracting and interrupted our deep conversation as a team. So it did not feel as private. Parking is a challenge - Only street parking available and there is very limited street parking. We did lose quite some time searching for parking. Overall nice location, spacious, clean, and large space that can host at least 20 people comfortably.
