Multiple cameras with video switching and mixing console with remote stage boxes for live performances. Lighting is mounted in the overhead pipe grid and above the open control room at the back of the room. (6) 4' round tables, (6) 5' round tables and (4) 3' round high "standing" tables; 130 folding chairs, 40 padded chairs, installed sound system in the overhead pipe grid. Located on a major highway with a private 7 acre lake. Bonus room has a commercial sink for catering and extra storage. There is a kitchen, kitchenette and outdoor LP grill for additional food preparation. There is a 26' x 22' outdoor deck with a nice view of the lake. Next to the deck is a patio with an attractive LP fire pit. There is a 1.5 acre lawn area surrounding the facility and a maintained beach with kayaks near the patio.

Cancellation Policy
Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
