About the Space
This massive, bright, three exposure loft is located in the landmarked Holtz House at 7 East 20th Street, between Broadway and Fifth Avenue in the Flatiron district. The ornate, Beaux-Arts edifice was erected in 1907 as a commercial building with the Holtz Restaurant originally located on the lower two floors. Its unique interiors still feature 11-foot-high, beamed ceilings and original columns. The loft is very bright and incredibly quiet. The loft also has been designed with a modern interior, high-end finishes such as Sub-Zero and Wolf appliances and mid-century-modern decor, which is perfect for meetings, small events or photo shoots.

Cancellation Policy
Standard 90 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 90 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 90 days and 14 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 14 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
