Can accommodate 77 guests inside the studio plus another 50 in the patio Weekday hourly rate is 125$ per hour plus cleaning fee of 50$ Weekend hourly rate is 175$ per hour plus cleaning fee of 50$ BYOB is allowed however there is a 2$ corking fee per guest Capacity: This venue can easily host up to 77 guests indoors and an additional 50 on the covered patio. We readily provide 70 comfortable chairs and 20 versatile tables for any kind of event setup. The facility also includes 2 well-maintained restrooms for the convenience of your guests.
