Offers 1200 square foot interior loft space with living room and kitchen. The ceilings are 24 feet high. The exterior patio included with 8'x50' L-shared area and breakout meeting cabana. You can rent for 5-hour minimum. Living Room 23'x20', includes 2 leather L-shaped couches and OLED TV. Kitchen Space includes live edge table and huge 9' island, seating for 20 guests. No Nudity, Open Flames, Offensive Behavior or Clothing. Guests must leave the space at the end of the scheduled event time. Hosts are allotted 30 minutes after the event to clean-up the space and must leave the space after their 30 minutes are up, or subject to fines. Adding more event guests than noted in the reservation is not allowed, and the event host is subject to fines should they do so.

Enhanced cleaning measures:
  • The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
  • High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
  • Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
