About the Space
Situated in the booming RiNo neighborhood our day-to-evening lounge boasts great natural light, comfortable seating, and is great for events, concerts, fitness classes, and photoshoots. We have both an upstairs mezzanine and lower level. Bar already inside offering: local hard kombucha, NA drinks, beer, wine, spirits. Since we are a bar, the event will have it's own bartenders provided as well. Some events will require a bar tab minimum to be set depending on the time and day.

- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

This space was absolutely perfect for our wedding rehearsal dinner. The vibe was exactly what my husband and I were looking for and a great place to order in food for people to enjoy. You do not need any additional décor as this trendy bar/lounge has all the aesthetics needed. The staff are responsive, I was able to go 2 times to look at the space and was provided with some ideas on how to set up the venue for the amount of people I had coming. They let us set up 30 minutes prior which was really helpful because our rehearsal got done much sooner than we thought it would go. My Spotify playlist was going when we walked in and our guest enjoyed the music. The children and most people enjoyed the court yard and the garage door window was open making the space seem even bigger than it was. Our guest thought the drinks were delicious and went well with pizza bar we provided. Bathroom- easy and accessible. Parking super easy. I would highly recommend and will use this space in the future!

The space was beautiful! And the staff working that evening were very helpful. I couldn’t hook up my phone to their Bluetooth/speakers, but they took my playlist songs and added it to their own Spotify because I have Apple Music. It was great of them to accommodate. The drinks were delicious (albeit STRONG, so be careful). My main qualm was leading up to the event. I felt I had to pry for details/couldn’t really get the info I needed in order to prep. I had to ask a lot of questions and it caused some anxiety. I also wasn’t allowed to come to set up some things until the exact start of my event booking time, which was odd. Not even 15-30 mins early without paying extra. I 100% get being a business and needing to properly fund yourselves, plus this is a paid service, but I’ve never hosted an event where I couldn’t arrive 30 mins early just to bring some items in. That left me with a weird/stressed feeling because I had already told my guests to arrive at the start of the booking before I was told the stipulation on that. Peerspace said it’s up to the host to OK something like that or not, and in this case, it was a not. Overall, the space was great, party was fun, and staff/bartenders were awesome. Thanks for hosting us!

The space was absolutely beautiful, literally perfect for what we needed. Great location, outdoor area made our event seem more spacious. I actually felt uncomfortable though that the host (or someone?) was there the whole time doing work. I was not made aware that some guy would just be working on his computer during the whole memorial.
