About the Space
Beautiful hardwood floors, large living room with fireplace. Large windows. Warm dining room with windows. Large, light filled bedroom beautifully furnished. Large pool in rear yard. My house literally could be anywhere in the USA. I also have a large front porch, great for exterior shots.

- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels

Kevin was such a wonderful host. He was incredibly responsive and his space was perfect for our shoot. We filmed a short film using his gorgeous kitchen, dining room, living room, guest room, and garage. I would highly recommend booking this space for your next project!

Kevin was kind and accommodating and he was able to extend our hours last minute due to scheduling issues on our end.No real issues except a double booking with an airbnb guest in the room that was advertised on this listing so we weren't able to use the room but other than that the house was clean.He was kind enough to let me view the place before my booking.

It was a delight shooting at this location. Kevin was extremely cooperative. It was a students film and he was extremely understanding about our needs. The location is well maintained and has a lot of space. He let us visit the location a couple of times before the shoot which was very helpful. I would recommend his place to anyone for shoots. It was lovely working with him, and I hope we work again soon.
