About the Space
The possibilities are ENDLESS in this approx. 20,000 sq. ft., 1917 former YMCA building in beautiful, downtown Miami, Arizona! Now called the Miami Mercantile Building, it has been a Cornerstone of Miami for over 100 years. Once used to house the copper miners and single men, as well as families, the ol' Y taught swimming lessons, had a 2 lane bowling alley (no longer there) and was a place for children to gather after school and on weekends. Today, we are an EVENT VENUE for Birthday Parties, Anniversary Parties, Weddings, Celebrations of Life and anything you would like to Celebrate. The Mercantile is also used for MOVIE SETS, VIDEO and MODELING SHOOTS. And we are HAUNTED according to the many PARANORMAL INVESTIGATIONS that have been done in the building! We also give somewhat HISTORIC TOURS of the building, host BOOK SIGNINGS, ART SHOWS, have GUEST SPEAKERS. Cancellation Policy
Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
