FOOD & BEVERAGE POLICY + SPACE DETAILS: • Guests are allowed to bring their own alcohol • Outside food is allowed • Kitchenette • Only food preparation is allowed on site • Speakers, Television • Music Rules: DJ and amplified music is allowed • Space Rules: Smoking is not allowed, Confetti is not allowed • Ideal space for: Holiday Party, Reception Events (Engagement Party, Anniversary, etc.), Banquet Events (Corporate Events, Charity Event, etc.) Hi and welcome to STMNT Studios! We're a new photography and event space in San Francisco offering a full creative space with multiple sets and areas that benefit any type of production, meeting or event. The best thing about it, you can get all the gear you need directly through us. Because it's a part of the studio. The sets included in the space: - A 11x12x12 white Cyc - A variety of different seamless backdrops - A kitchen set with removable kitchen island and lots of different textures for product photography - A lounge area with a jungly green wallpaper and retro furniture - A cozy office space to get work done or shoot portraits, overheads or whatever other idea you can come up with - A green wall with tons of plants Aside from that, there's ample space left in the studio to create your own sets and bring in any kind of props and gear you need to work on your creative vision. For meetings and events we can brainstorm a theme that makes your gathering unique. Just let us know. Every area can be lit artificially or used with the natural light coming through the windows.

- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.

This place was wonderful! Very spacious and had everything we needed. The host was super helpful, providing us with a hamper to transport all of our equipment from outside to inside, which was a huge help because we had ALOT of stuff. 10/10

Lukas was absolutely fantastic—so kind, professional, and incredibly accommodating. The space is stunning, with so many unique settings and perfect for creating a variety of scenes. We really got to optimize every corner, and it made a huge difference in our production quality. One thing to note is that it can get pretty hot in there, so if you’re booking for a longer shoot, I’d highly recommend bringing some large fans to keep the air circulating. It’s definitely something I’ll do next time because the space is worth every bit of preparation! What really stood out was Lukas’ exceptional hospitality. After we wrapped up, I realized I had forgotten some clothes and other items. Lukas went above and beyond by texting me and letting me know. He even waited for me to drive back from San Francisco to pick them up, which was such a thoughtful gesture. It’s rare to find that level of care, and for that reason (and many others), I would 100% book with Lukas again!

Love the studio e hosts. I was welcomed at the door at once you are inside, the door is locked. The white board have a cool sealing light.

My client, the photographer and I loved working here! The space was cute, spacious and we got some great shots. Mario, the studio manager was very nice and clear about instructions for where things were and he was responsive via text if we needed anything. Definitely recommend!
