Corporate Headshots, Family Portraits, Model Photography, Actors Headshots, Small commercial/product shoots, 8 different wall sets to shoot against, ( Wood Wall, Corrugated Metal Wall, Brick Panel Wall, Purple Painted Wall, Gray Wall, Porch Style set with old looking door, Available Light Window ), seamless paper, props, chairs, sofa, 9' 10" ceilings, private restroom, makeup station with lighted mirror, and sink . . . 2 hour minimum booking time . . . Please keep in mind, your loading in, setup, tear down and loading out is part of your booked time, for example: if you book 2 hours, and it takes you 15 minutes to load your stuff in to the studio, 15 minutes to setup, 15 minutes to tear down, and 15 minutes to load out of the studio, that will leave you with 1 hour of shooting time.

- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
