About the Space
Space is about 2,000 ft with game room with a pool table, movie theater that sits 14, bar for your drinks and refreshments we also offering catering for your event or party and pool may also be available for extra fee. We ask that guests make sure that property in and outside is clean after event is over.

Parking description
There is plenty of parking. About 40 cars can fit in driveway and there is also parking on street.
General Rules
No pets or parking on grass. All events must be finished by 12am. No smoking inside event space. All kids 10 and under must be able to buy a dog when pulled is rented.

Cameras surround the property! Every entrance of the property.
Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
We make sure that property is disinfected and clean before and after every event we supply some hand sanitizer gloves masks.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
- Disposable masks / face coverings
- Hand Sanitizer
- Disposable gloves
