    You will love our expansive entertainment room, well-appointed chef's kitchen and large outdoor area. We are happy to have hosted many types of events - anniversary and graduation parties, baby showers, clothing swaps, craft shows and now your event! Referrals and more photos available upon request. - 1000 sq. ft open concept kitchen, living and dining - Indoor and outdoor dining tables seat 10+ - Endless furniture configurations and space uses - Baby grand piano - 70" Smart tv for presentations - Floor to ceiling steel and glass windows - 11 foot white ceilings - Expansive gallery art wall can be used as is or set up for content creation or zoom background. - 10 foot sliding door opens up to 700 sq. ft. concrete patio and allows for lighting or sound equipment to be easily moved in and out and indoor/outdoor living. - Two full bathrooms and one half bath that can be accessed from the outside. - Bedroom(s) can be made available as well as garment racks and full length mirrors.

    Enhanced Health and Safety Measures

    Cleaning, disinfecting and normal trash removal will be taken care of by your host. Excessive trash or cleaning beyond normal usage may require an additional fee agreed upon by both parties at check-out.

    Cancellation Policy

    Standard 30 day

    Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
    All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
