About the Space
The affordable base rate is to make our location affordable, especially to students and smaller productions. This base rate only includes shooting outdoors in mutually agreed upon areas only and parking up for up to 9 cars. For additional services, check our add-ons. To film indoors in our house, garage, or metal warehouse, please add on filming indoors. Likewise, if you need to book bathrooms or extra parking, you can do an add on. This is a rustic, rural location adjacent to Highway 14 in the high desert near Santa Clarita and Palmdale. Formerly a small home with detached garage and warehouse, surrounded by vacant lots. Cancellation Policy
Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
