Located on Octavia Street, our rooftop offers the ideal space for meetings, team events, parties and presentations. Versatile enough to host groups up to 50 people. INCLUDED IN YOUR BOOKING: - Seating for up to 30 - Chairs and tables - TV (guests need to bring their own HDMI cable) - BBQ grill - Firepit FOOD & BEVERAGE Hosts are allowed to bring in their own food/ drinks. No food services are provided onsite. Guests are responsible for disposing of all trash left in the space.

Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
