Windows are south-facing and loft receives tons of direct, natural sunlight from dawn through dusk, if desired. Windows can also be flagged off if you prefer to create your own lighting scenario, or use the drop-down seamless. The loft has an oversized open living area with 14-foot ceilings and plenty of room for the drop-down seamless photo studio, easily capable of shooting full-length figure, still-life, etc, and artwork & creative touches abound for natural light shoots. Open kitchen with black marble counter, and reading/piano/sitting area with great afternoon natural light. Rooftop has phenomenal views across Manhattan & Brooklyn with amazing golden hour light, horizon sunsets over the city visible all year long. Rooftop is a shared space and only available on a request basis. Owner must be present and groups of 3 max. I am a photographer/DP and this is my primary residence/studio. Unit is on the 4th floor with elevator access plus one flight of stairs.
