About the Space
This is the perfect sized versatile content creation space ready for all of your needs! We have large windows for natural light (with shades). With a 12" ceiling we have one exposed white wall, just the perfect size for backdrops or single use without one, along with a sleek laminate flooring. There are 5 versatile stations including the plain white wall, a 10ft greenery grass wall, a modern corner setup with a textured wall, a 10 ft wooden plank backdrop, and an exclusive tropical cabana setup. We also have a variety chairs and props that can be used on the sets. -Pink bench -Pink Stool -Sofa Chair (with different colored covers) -Long Lounge Chair -Plants -Pompass Grass -Palm leaves Other amenities - Kitchen -1 bathroom -Dressing/ makeup area This studio is perfect for any type of media/ content creation. There are no limitations. Please reach out to us for any special request! Health and Safety Measures
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
- Hand Sanitizer

- Capacity is limited based on governmental guidelines

The host was very responsive in a timely manner which I greatly appreciated when booking. There were slight issues with gaining access into the space on my own as directed but the host immediately responded with allowing access . The space did not appear as advertised in the photos, as I was told the specific valentine theme was no longer available unless I requested for it to be, which was a bit disappointing because I specifically booked the space for the valentine theme setup as advertised in the photos. I went to the space for video purposes and was also not able to utilize the poolside setup due to it not being properly cleaned, the beach chair did not appear white as displayed, and the area included multiple items surrounding the area that appeared to be left from previous guests and would’ve taken up my booking time to remove and make presentable myself. There was also a added futon couch in the white wall space with the plants which was not shown in the photos that I would’ve love to utilize for photos instead but couldn’t due to the fact that the futon was in that space along with other large items. Also the grass theme space did not match the advertising photos as I was hoping to use for photos as well.
