Cozy, Pet Friendly Cabin w/KING BED, Barn, Arcade, & Hot Tub - 3 bed, 2 bath house with 2 Queen sized pull out couches - 3 level barn with arcade, pool and ping pong table, full bath, and loft area with 2 full sized beds -Together, the house and barn can sleep anywhere from 6 - 12 people - The property is 45 acres with plenty of natural forest to roam. - Fire pit - 6 person hot tub You will have full access to the house and barn and all outside areas of the property. There are 2 additional outbuildings which will not be open, but you are free to roam around them and any other areas you like. Located in the Catskills, only a 90 minute drive from the George Washington Bridge in New York City. Tons of fun activities within a 10-15 minute drive. Multiple lakes, hiking trails, the Bethel Woods concert venue, Resorts World Catskills Casino, Kartrite Indoor Waterpark, and Monticello Raceway.

Cancellation Policy
Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
