1. No parties are permitted. The guest responsible for the reservation must be 25 years & older and not reside within a 2 hr driving distance from Kissimmee, FL. Families with children are welcome. Please contact us for possible exceptions. 2. No smoking/vaping of any kind inside or outside of this home is permitted. We live in the house during parts of the year and are very sensitive to the smell of smoke. There will be a $1,000 penalty charge for deep cleaning if there is any sign of smoking/vaping. 3. No pets (including emotional support animals) are allowed in this home. There will be a $1,000 penalty charge for deep cleaning if there is any sign of a pet. 4. Pool Heating is available for an extra $30 a day for the duration of your stay to cover energy costs. If you decide to have pool heat, please let us know at least 48 hours before check-in. 5. No glass bottles are allowed in the pool area. 6. In the Summer, the thermostat has a minimum set range because colder temperature runs the risk of freezing the condensers.
