In the historic oldest city in the nation! This beautiful beachy condo is steps from the ocean and across from the famous St. Augustine Bech Pier. Many restaurants and a short drive to downtown historical St. Augustine. 3 bedrooms 2 bathrooms, kitchen, living area, and balcony. The dining table seats 6 to 7 comfortably. Wifi Access and smart TV. Sidewalks make it easy to walk to nearby restaurants, beaches, and splash park. There is a bus that picks up at the hotel next door for attractions and downtown. There is 1 reserved parking space, 1 visitor, and multiple spaces in from the clubhouse. Great for filming, studying, workgroups, and more. Any questions please reach out. $75 Per hour 3-hour minimum. $100 Cleaning fee. Special rate for over 4 hours and nonprofit where applicable.

Cancellation Policy
Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
