About the Space
There are a total of three suites for this one location. There are a total of seven rooms. We have a full-size MMA octagon, amateur sized boxing ring and full CrossFit gym. Each room has separate music controls via Bluetooth speakers. Guests can book each room individually or the entire facility. Each room averages around 1400 sf with the entire facility totaling out to approximately 12,000 sf.

Parking description
There is an extremely big parking lot. This facility is located inside the West Valley Mall. Park between Macy's and the Movie Theatre for the easier access into the facility.
Space does not have natural light
Lighting description
There is some natural light from the mall ceiling windows but not much. We currently have LED lighting including different color LEDs if wanted.
Space is soundproof
Ambient noise description
Some of the rooms have heavy doors but is not completely soundproof..

Electrical system description
Each suite has an electrical panel. Please refer to the staff member if you would like lighting to be adjusted. There are a good amount of available outlets if needed. Typically, each outlet is on a 20a breaker.
Circuit breaker can not be accessed
General Rules
Each person will need to sign a waiver upon arrival. Minors will need to bring their parent of guardian to sign for them. The rules for the facility are posted as the "Code of Conduct" in each room. Our number one rule is to respect the facility. Our staff member on site will give more details on the rules of our facility.

Please coordinate with the owner or a staff member on site if you would like to move things around.
No smoke machines allowed

Security cameras and recording devices
There are security cameras but the devices can be turned off if needed. Please notify staff before or upon arrival.
Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
We are very big on hygiene. After each practice we sanitize all of our equipment including our mats. All rental equipment is wiped down and stored after each use.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
- Disposable gloves
- Disposable masks / face coverings
- Hand Sanitizer
The space has the following features:

- Space has access to outdoor air ventilation
- Space has been reconfigured to allow for physical distance
