About the Space

Beautiful natural light space, with all white walls, white pillars, and exposed ceiling wood beams. The minimalistic space is perfect for e-commerce, portrait, creative, and commercial photography. This is a stand alone building and this studio is on the ground level. You are welcome to bring your own photography/videography equipment. We have 2 extension chords and large surge protector to aid in production. - This natural light studio is about 1,275 sqft in size. - Commercial-Grade A/C & High Speed WiFi. - All white walls, white pillars, exposed ceiling wood beams & skylight. - There is available on-site parking + nearby free street parking is needed. - ADA compliant (entry + restrooms) - able to wheel in any heavy equipment. - We can add on professional-grade lighting, production and grip equipment, and a variety of props to spice things up! 🔥

Please leave the studio exactly as you found it. Guests must sweep up after themselves and clean all spills, equipment, props, dirt, mud, and trash. • No Smoking Allowed ( no exceptions ) • No Pets • No Glitter or Paint • Bulk Trash must be removed from the building. Bulk trash is anything that cannot fit within the trash cans. There are large trash bins on the West Side of the building. • Please return the studio back to the condition it was in. REQUIRED • Booked hours must include load-in/load-out, set up, and tear-down or overtime fees at x1.5 rate (unless specified otherwise) will apply in 30 minute increments. Early arrival counts as overtime. Quiet Hours Rules: Under no circumstances is loud noise (anything louder than 45dB) allowed past 10pm inside or outside the space. For shoots/events past 10pm, a $500 security deposit is collected - if Quiet Hours Rules are broken, the entire security deposit will be forfeited by the Renter immediately. All attendees of the shoot/event must leave the property immediately. Photo/Videoshoots Bookings that meet any one of the following conditions/criteria will be changed to an Event Booking and will be subject to Pay event rents as found at our event listing linked at the bottom: Condition 1. Dancing of 15 attendees or more at any given time throughout the shoot. Condition 2. A DJ Vendor Condition 3. Anything resembling a party/event This is a production listing - only photography, videography, and other productions are allowed at the space unless authorized by our team prior to booking. Under no circumstances are guests allowed to host an event in any capacity when booking through this listing.
