Private workspace with desk and two lounging chairs. The space has 3 surfaces to work with. It can be used to meet with clients, have brainstorm sessions, or a photoshoot. There is a dry erase are on the back of the door. Fun, colorful artwork to inspire your creativity. Also a shared bathroom across the way.

Health and Safety Measures

It’s a small space (10 feet x 13 feet), so you will be the only one it’s rented to and won’t have to share the space. Between guests we wipe down hard surfaces and doorknobs to ensure it’s clean. And we don’t wear shoes in the space so the floors are very clean too!

Cancellation Policy

Flexible

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
