All dishes will need to be washed, by doing so can keep cleaning fee down. All laundry(towels & wash cloths) should be put in the washer Check out is at 12:00 am If you are not out by 12:15 am there will be and additional fee of $100 If you smoke in the house there will be and additional fee of $200 If towels are missing you will be charged and additional $10 per towel If TV remote is not place back in a visible place to reorder will cost$20
Cancellation Policy

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
