About the Space
The house is located in Palm Springs, classic 1962 mid modern with the rare original kidney shaped pool and a 1965 Shasta trailer. Interior is of the period, good quality and colorful. Murals of space age themes in the home and outside bar and bedrooms. Very well kept, lush landscaping, lotta palm trees including 2 nestled into the pool, 50 year old saguaro cactus, Very colorful and well la-d out large patio space.

Parking description
3 Cars or a 2 small box trucks and a car can fit on the property. One or two others parked on the street would be fine. We have hosted location film and video shoots easily.
General Rules
No interior smoking on the premises, and the expectation is that no butts be left behind if smoking outside. No glass, corrosive or silicone products on the deck. No R or other adult themes without prior knowledge and consent. Hours of operation are 7AM until shortly after sundown, max - unless other arrangements for a short night shoot are made. Absolutely no exterior sound after 10PM. Respect for the house and the surrounding area is expected.

Security cameras and recording devices
One ADT camera at the entrance to the house and it will be on unless otherwise requested. We prefer that it be left on. There are no other cameras or recording devices in the house.
Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.

Health and Safety Measures
Full cleaning per Covid guidelines. All spaces and surfaces sanitized.
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
