About Alight Collaborative

Welcome to our brand-new industrial-style creative studio space with a 2nd floor mezzanine. Fresh white paint, newly and beautifully finished concrete floors, a gorgeous custom kitchenette, floor-to-ceiling windows with diffused North light, and thoughtful features make this space clean, bright, and accommodating for all your creative needs. The studio is furnished with beautiful statement and general-use furniture pieces, including several couches, tables, desks, and live plants. You'll find a gorgeous kitchenette on the 2nd floor with an island, a sink, and a commercial fridge. We also have a microwave, coffee maker, and electric tea-kettle. Things like full-length mirrors, a commercial clothing rack and steamer, rolling cart, moveable wall, plenty of hanging hooks and available extension cords make your time in the space easy and user-friendly. The studio has easy access right off I-35 and plenty of free (to the door) parking, plus a private in-studio restroom. The space is approximately 1,400 square feet of net rentable area, which is split between the first floor (about 1000sq ft) and the loft mezzanine (400 sq ft). This space is multi-functional and fully furnished and kept pristine. It is perfect for photography, video and content creation, as well as co-working, small events, and team meetings. The studio includes Wi-Fi, extensive natural light fills the space but we also have beautiful overhead lighting, speakers, various props and furniture, and is private use — meaning your time in the studio will not be shared with others and the space will only be made available to you during your rental period. To make the space more accessible, you'll find nearly everything on wheels (or with sliders nearby), pull-down extension cords from the ceiling, and two hair and makeup stations with plenty of outlets for your use. The upstairs makes a great "green-room" or lounge for your clients and helps create break-out space. We keep our fridge stocked with cold drinks and the kitchen island can be rolled out of the way if you'd like a more open area. Due to our space being widely used by creatives, we occasionally make updates to our walls or visual changes to our studio to accommodate photographers and videographers and provide them fresh options. Our rolling wall changes color (one side is a beautiful cream/white) and we swap out the other color seasonally. Our furniture may change with the seasons/requests from photographers, but it is always kept beautiful, functional, and multi-use oriented. There are many nearby restaurants, including a Starbucks in walking distance, and an HEB right down the road. The space is cleaned and sanitized between bookings as well as adequately maintained and cleaned daily.

Cancellation Policy

Flexible

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
