About 20 min. from Downtown Orlando, in the Longwood, our Studio is a warehouse space that features a Cyclorama Wall/White Wall providing an awesome environment to create in. Whether you are taking pictures, shooting a video, hosting a podcast I look forward to having you. • High Speed WiFi Included Shooting Areas: Cyclorama - Great for taking pictures, shooting headshots, or even doing videos on. - The Cyclorama is repainted biweekly Lighting - 2 Led Soft Box lights - 2 Led Light wands *LIGHTING EQUIPMENT IS LIMITED ANY LIGHTING YOU CAN BRING WILL HELP BUT YOU ARE WECOME TO USE OUR LIGHTS * We are soft opening this location now so it is on the cheaper side until we get More lighting - Colored Backdrops and Film sets will also be coming to this location

SMOKING -No smoking inside of the rooms (smoking must be behind warehouse) OVERTIME overtime will be billed in half-hour increments. The space must be vacated and all items brought into the space must be removed by the end time of your booking reservation. Overtime will be billed in half- hour increments at a rate of 1.5 times the stated hourly rate. CLEANING / DAMAGES Cleaning fee is included in the hourly rate, although guests are expected to leave the space in the same condition as they found it in. Guests must respect the space and we ask/ appreciate that guests tidy up after themselves. Guest must remove any equipment or rentals you bring in, and you should factor this setup and teardown time in your booking hours. Please take great care of our space. No nails, screws, staples or penetrating items should be used on our walls. Any tape or gummed backing materials must be properly removed. Damages (walls, floors, furniture, etc) will be billed to the credit card on file with Peerspace Please do not drag anything like chairs or items on the wall since this will damage it
