A 2,400 sq ft, light-filled conference / event / reception space, equipped with state-of-the-art sound, screens and presentation facilities, including cameras for online streaming and integrated Zoom system. The Conference Center has its own sun deck at the rear and a dedicated entrance. Its built-in antique bar area is perfect for refreshments service. A unique venue for conferences, off-sites, meetings and summits, the space is also a special place for seated dinners and receptions, or hybrid business / social events. Its windows on three sides show incredible views of the Bay Bridge, downtown SF, the Ferry Building and the East Bay. Special rental packages are available for full / half daytime meeting use. In January 2025 $600K was spent on stabilization technology for the Klamath to minimize any sensation of movement on this beautiful historic event space

All spaces are cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities, and each space is specifically cleaned by a professional service after each booking.
Guests may cancel their Booking until 90 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 90 days and 14 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 14 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
