About Legacy House Studio
Legacy House is an 11,000 sq ft creative space featuring a 40FT cyc wall, custom sets, podcast studio, lighting equipment, basketball court, lounge area/green room, variety of paper+cloth backdrops, 3 overhead garage doors that allow vehicles in the building and an indoor/outdoor bay. - It can be used as a photography studio, video production studio, podcast studio and more. Our podcast studio is equipped with a live video switcher, audio mixers, mics, furniture and a 50in TV. - We are on a dead end street with tons of parking. - We also have a conference room, Lobby/client waiting area and fridge that is always stocked. - Lighting equipment and Stands available to rent on site

The studio is cleaned by staff daily and we have an additional cleaning service that comes twice a month
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
