About the Space
A bright pink and aqua Pickleball court awaits, along with a stunning pool with Baja shelf, mountain views, outdoor shower, and outdoor living area with grill and fire pit. Inside, a mid century colorful interior with a neon pink “Palm Spraaangs” sign, gorgeous floral wallpaper, and beautiful bedrooms.

We’ve got room in the driveway for 4-5 small to mid size cars, and then room on the street for another 2-3. There is a ton of street parking nearby.

On a main street and close to the airport. Planes fly overview a few times per hour, depending on the time of day.

General Rules
No smoking inside or outside, no outdoor music (Palm Springs strictly enforced), quiet hours start at 10pm.
All ages are allowed in the space
Production insurance is required
Furniture and decorations may be moved
No smoke machines allowed
No nudity allowed
Security cameras and recording devices
I have a Ring doorbell, and two security cameras on the outside of the house facing the street. No devices that face the backyard or in the interior of the house.
Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.

Health and Safety Measures
My cleaning team comes through after each booking. However, we do expect each guest to be clean and respectful.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
