This creative studio and event space has over 65 onsite/gated parking spaces with free and metered parking nearby. Easy load in/load out options, with a ramp. There are public parking lots and garages within a block of the studio, itself. The parking situation is one of the best in a crowded, hard to park, downtown area.

Use of Property. You acknowledged that your use of the property is subject to all local, state, national/international laws. Your use of the property must be lawful and consistent with the Intended Purposes, as defined below. In any event, you hereby acknowledge that under certain circumstances you may forefront the entire rental fee. We shall or any of its affiliates shall not be responsible for the death, personal injury, loss or damage to property suffered by you or any of your guests in such areas. Insurance. Client(s), and ALL vendors shall maintain Commercial General Liability Insurance including Host Liquor liability, in an amount not less than $1,000,000 Combined Single Limit for Bodily Injury and Property Damage. Liquor/Beverage/Illegal Substances. Alcohol may not be sold for profit at 435 Collective unless a special event license is provided or the alcohol is being served through a company that holds a liquor license through the state of Arizona. If you would like to serve alcohol at your event you must hire a professional licensed bartending service with certified bartenders.  Alcohol may not be served to minors. Illegal substances are not allowed at any time on the premise. Client to supply Insurance and liquor license prior to event start date (if selling alcohol). NO self serving of alcohol. NO shots allowed on property. NO drink tickets. NO for-profit sales of alcohol unless special event license is obtained. Guests under 21 years of age may not consume alcohol at anytime. ID's must be checked by bartender or upon entry of venue. Rules & Regulations. The following is a list of rules and regulations to be upheld by Client(s), which includes all EVENTS PLANNERS, COORDINATORS, and VENDORS who are involved in the planning and execution of the event on the premises . (a) Parking: Private event parking is available within premises. Client (s) is responsible for providing their own parking and event signage. Parking is avial at the production facility (north facing gated parking lot) if approved prior to the event. Parking permits are required for street parking on Buchanan Street and must be secured with the City of Phoenix prior to the event. (b) Photo Wall: The cyclorama photo wall is to only be used for photo opportunities, entertainment set-up, and projector usage. No guests are permitted to gather or dance on cyclorama floor. Booties are required during set-up and strike but entertainers are permitted to use in regular footwear once event has begun. Rugs are highly encouraged during usage and stanchions are required when cyclorama is not in use. If excessive damage occurs, an additional $250 repaint fee will be charged. (c) Kitchen Area: The kitchen area and island are available at your discretion. If you would like to rent items for use, they are available at a fee. All items placed in the fridge must be cleaned out at the end of the event and disposed of properly. The kitchen must be kept tidy and clean at all times. (d) Candles: No open flame candles are allowed (e) Decorations. Decorations may not be hung with tape, wire, nails or screws . All decorations must be removed without leaving damages directly following the departure of the last guest, unless special arrangements have been made between the Client(s) and the venue. Any decorations must be approved by us and must be removed at the end of the event. If damaged, the client will be subject to a $250 repaint/repair fee. Note: Glitter, confetti, pyrotechnics, and sparklers are not permitted inside or outside the facility. Helium balloons are not permitted inside the building but may be used outside. Signage: All outdoor signage must be approved by management to assure compliance with city standards, approval not to be unreasonably withheld, delayed, or conditioned. Signage permits may be required to be obtained by Client per city standards. Permits: Client is responsible for securing and obtaining all necessary permits with the City of Phoenix. The inability of Client to obtain the necessary permits, or in the event Client is forced to cancel the event due to not obtaining the necessary permits,we warrants no responsibility and no refunds will be given. We agree to provide the necessary documentation for client to obtain the necessary permits as required by law. We will will assist in the procurement of permits for an additional fee, however we are not a city official and advise given does not constitute legal advice. We always recommends reviewing permit requirements with the proper local authorities and outside legal counsel. Music must be played at a reasonable level and we reserves the right to ask for the music level to be lowered at any time. Smoking. This is a non-smoking venue. Smoking will be permitted outside with proper reciprocal use (provided & postered by the event host). Children. All children under the age of 18 MUST be supervised at all times. Security. Security is required for events that go beyond 10:00pm. There is a 4 hour minimum for each security guard. Drunken/Violent disturbances are prohibited and subject to immediate removal from the premise and possible termination of the event without refund. Liquor/Beverage/Illegal Substances.
