About the Space
This theater is a 1825sqft multipurpose space for live shows, theater productions, film productions, panel discussions, workshops, rehearsals, functions, dance recitals and more. Located in downtown Lynn next to major bus stop and commuter rail route (Central Square Lynn), the studio space resides inside of the Lynn Arts Building, a community arts building that hosts many talented artists from the community. 30% Non-profit booking discount 25% First time booking discount 20% Membership discount for local artists ($50 yearly membership fee required)

- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

This was a wonderful experience. I was doing a photo shoot for speakers on stage. Edwin set up the space exactly as I asked for it. The stage, lighting, seating, the green room and everything else was perfect. Would book again.

We were here to do a film shoot. This place is fantastic, and the staff was super helpful! There was smooth communication. Will come back for future projects!

Can't say enough good things about this studio and the service they provided! We were looking for a monochromatic, dramatic space for a video web series about data security. The huge space, dramatic all-black floors and walls, and very cool vintage bank vault in the background made this a perfect fit. Because we wanted specific furniture for the interviews, hosts Edwin and Andre met us late the afternoon before our full day shoot to allow us to drop off and assemble our set, and then accommodated our very early crew call of 5:45AM. They shut off the security system and asked neighboring studios suspend music sessions, let us use the lighting board and grid for free, and catered to our every need. In short, Edwin and Andre were invested in our success, and went out of their way to ensure we were happy. Thank you for one of our best studio rentals ever!

Great studio! Spacious, quiet, easy load in and out. Tons of lighting, seating, PA speakers, flats. The studio manager Edwin, along with the rest of the Lynn Arts team were incredibly responsive, helpful, and kind. We'll definitely be coming back for more shoots! Thanks!

If you're questioning whether or not you should book your event here, you ABSOLUTELY SHOULD. Edwin was very friendly and accommodating from day 1. When we got to the venue, his crew were very helpful and quick to solve any tech questions we had. The event ran smoothly and everyone had a great time. LynnArts is located right in the heart of downtown and is a great location for live events. We'll definitely book again in the future!

My daughters Sweet 16 Birthday Party was great. The communication was great with Edwin and everyone I came across. I met Jay who showed me around and answered many of my questions. Jay also gave me great information about the place including the historical vault. Andrzej was amazing very helpful on the day of the party. Andrzej helped with the party being a success. Everything was above my expectations. Thank you all so much!!
