Respectful Conduct: Please treat our townhouse with the same care and respect you would give to your own home. No disruptive behavior or activities that could damage the property or disturb neighbors are allowed. No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the house. If you need to smoke, please use the designated outdoor area and dispose of cigarette butts responsibly. Alcohol, Catering, and Cooking: Light catering and cooking are allowed in the fully equipped kitchen. Please clean up after use. Alcoholic beverages are permitted but should be consumed responsibly. Pets: We have two cats and a dog on the premises. In special circumstances, pets may be allowed with prior approval from the host. Please communicate your pet-related requests in advance. Nudity: Nudity is allowed in the context of artistic endeavors or photoshoots. However, explicit or inappropriate activities are strictly prohibited. Production Insurance: Production insurance is not required for bookings. However, guests are responsible for any damages incurred during their stay. Guest Limit: The maximum number of guests allowed is as per the booking agreement. Please inform us in advance if there are any changes to the guest count. Furniture and Equipment: Do not move or rearrange furniture without prior approval. Any equipment, including the sound system, should be used responsibly and returned to its original state. Kitchen Use: The kitchen is fully equipped for your use. Please clean up after yourself, including dishes and countertops. If you rearrange kitchen items, kindly return them to their original places. Outdoor Area: Enjoy the backyard but be mindful of noise levels after 10 PM, as a courtesy to our neighbors. Use the grill and fire pit responsibly, following safety guidelines. Vinyl Records and Equipment: Feel free to enjoy the vinyl records and entertainment systems provided. Handle them with care, and report any damages or issues. Smart Lights: Adjust the smart lights to create the desired ambiance, but please refrain from changing any system settings. Report any malfunctions promptly. Security: Ensure that all doors and windows are securely locked when leaving the premises. Do not share access codes or keys with unauthorized individuals. Parking: If parking is provided, use the designated spaces only. Respect any parking regulations in the neighborhood. Communication: Keep open lines of communication with us before, during, and after your booking. If you have any questions or encounter any issues, let us know immediately. By booking our space, you agree to abide by these house rules. Failure to comply may result in additional fees or termination of the booking without a refund. We appreciate your cooperation in maintaining a welcoming and enjoyable environment for all our guests.
