About the Space
Dinners, tastings, and workshops work well with the 16 person dining table. Electric heaters warm the dining area and chairs can be removed to host creative workshops. Great for different types of occasions including: birthday parties, baby showers, bridal showers and work meetings. 8 chairs surround a gas fireplace for a more relaxed vibe. 3 bar stools surround the bar 8’5” console can act as a buffet table for serving. Music is played though TV or commanding the 2 Alexa speakers to play a general station on Spotify. Restroom is located inside home and is accessible through double doors in the back yard. Allowed 30 minutes complimentary to set up, and 30 minutes complimentary to clean up. Any additional time will be charged. All items must be removed from space, but trash can be disposed of on site in the trash cans (unless you are a food vendor). All food vendors must take trash with them including food waste and grease. No Children’s parties. No confetti, fireworks, or powder bombs. No DJs, or live music. No bounce houses. No foam parties. No wax candles.

The bar can be used as a small prep area for food. If you need access to a sink you can use the sink in the kitchen.

- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

Wow wow wow! This was such a fantastic experience! I wish I could give more stars! Bre and Josh were friendly and helpful hosts and their space is incredible. I hosted a shower for a friend of mine and we had about 18 people. There was plenty of space for everyone as well as a mimosa bar and food. Their outdoor space is decorated so beautifully and even though we didn’t use the heaters it was nice to know they were there! All the guests commented on what a lovely party it was. I highly recommend this space!

Beautiful space! Dog friendly. Fully fenced in. Host was amazing and helped set up for my bridal shower and helped clean up as well! Would book again for small get togethers!

Words can't express how amazing our day was. Right from the beginning Bre and her husband, Josh, were so accommodating and welcoming into their beautiful home and back yard. This space is perfect for any party or get together. Everything was emaculate and ready for set up. I'm hoping for another occasion to book there again soon. Thanks again!

Bre was an absolutely amazing hostess! Her space was perfect for my daughter’s sweet 16 garden dinner party for her and 12 of her friends. I came in unorganized and quite frankly a hot mess! But Bre was nothing but kind, accommodating, and understanding. I highly recommend booking this spot to anyone looking for a place with an esthetically pleasing backyard equipped with a long table, tv, and fire pit :) It was perfect!!

The space was better than we expected! The host was lovely! We ended up hiding a few extra bags of ice, and our cooler behind the curtains which was nice storage, lots of seating and a nice breeze!

The place is even better in reality than in the pictures. It has everything you need for your party. Bre is an incredibly nice and friendly person. She helped us with the party setup and was ready to help with some of our requests. I highly recommend this place for a small party.

I just hosted a surprise retirement party for my husband in Bre and Josh’s backyard. I hired Snake Oil Cocktails to do a cocktail making class and competition for 12 guests. The space was absolutely perfect and beautiful. I hired a transportation company to bring our guests to and from the venue. They were so shocked when we pulled up to a residential home. The home was absolutely immaculate and superbly decorated, and the backyard space is unique and welcoming. The large dining table comfortably accommodated all of us and the firepit was a great place to hang out after our cocktail class. Our guests were so impressed! Communication is so important when you put on an event like this and nobody is better at timely communications than Bre. She was so helpful and kind during the entire process. Her husband, Josh was our contact on the day of the event and he was great too. I could not have been more impressed with Bre, Josh, the venue, and Peerspace. This was the first time that I have used Peerspace, and I wholeheartedly recommend this coastal Carlsbad location. You will love it!
